Room+mates

This is a concept design of an iOS mobile app, Room+mates. The application helps people sharing and finding rooms for a medium-term and up. Also, users can organize their chores and activities within the app.
The problem
Finding the right place and people isn't easy
I've started this project after assisting a friend in finding a room. And, as an immigrant, I was familiar with the situation myself. The problems I want to cover are:
- Finding a room
- Filtering results
- Requesting a room
- Choosing a roommate
- Interacting with current roommates
- Recommending roommates

Early exploration
The goal of this concept project was to show my skills in UI. Then, I realized it needed the full UX treatment. It needed research, user flows, the definition of patterns and a prototype.
In the meantime, I'm sharing my early efforts.
